Please allow up to 5 working days for Australian residence and up to 24 working days for international shipping.

Heavens rejects does not take any responsibility for lost packages, if you would like to purchase insurance on your package you may contact us before your purchase and we can arrange that for you with an added cost.

Returns policy

Please choose carefully as Heavens Rejects does not give refunds  unless the item is faulty.

We are however happy to exchange sizes of clothing (if the product is available) but at the shipping cost to the customer.
